9T Aluminum Melting Crucible for Aluminum Smelters, as a transfer equipment for metallurgical industry, is a larger sealed container with steel shell lined with refractory material. Relying on its own negative pressure generating system, it can generate a certain degree of vacuum in the ladle to extract and transfer the finished smelting liquid from pot-shell, such as aluminum, magnesium and other metals.
9T Aluminum Melting Crucible for Aluminum Smelters is mainly composed of suctorial aluminum tube, jet exhauster, gearing, and heat insulation layer. The ladle is designed into detachable headed column and structure just like teapot ladle, with input and output on both sides. Making the ladle lift and transport convenient, and the heat loses slowly. It can be operated by manual or electrically-operated. The two modes can be interconvertibled with a clutch, which assure the liquid aluminum can be poured out in emergency.
Transfer of molten aluminium from the potroom crucibles into the furnaces and vice versa can be carried out through different methods. One of the most common way to transfer metal from crucible into furnaces is by crucible tilt machine. It can also be used for transportation of other non-ferrous metals.
